I know exactly what you mean. One thing I noticed: you didn't perfectly nail the perspective, which results in the left boob being bigger then the right and the left eye being bigger as well. Other then that gr8 job mate!

I like the way all the small things, that aren't very detailed add up to an awesome piece of art! (By small things I mean things like the knife under the pillow and the skulls on the curtains)
